Real estate runs on conversations

From the first inquiry to the next opportunity.

Every property starts a conversation — the listing, the photos, the client's questions, the viewing, the follow-up. DoeAsk brings those steps closer together, with private messaging at the center and practical tools for agents who do it all.

An agent's day isn't one app

The hard part isn't finding the property. It's everything around it.

A photo comes from the owner. A prospect asks on Instagram. Another gets your number from a friend. A viewing moves to tomorrow. You know what needs doing — the details are just spread across tabs, threads and screenshots.

"Where did I save that listing?"

Property pictures, prices and notes can end up in too many places.

"Which client asked about this unit?"

Leads don't all arrive through the same link or conversation.

"Have I followed up with them?"

When every message feels urgent, the next step is easy to miss.

"Can they see this property clearly?"

Rushed photos and unstructured messages make a good unit harder to understand.

DoeAsk doesn't replace your relationships. It helps you organize the work that surrounds them.

Illustrative story

One agent. A full day. A clearer path.

Maya is 27 and works independently. She handles enquiries, photographs properties, arranges viewings and tries to remember which client wanted what. When a new listing arrives she needs to move quickly — and present it well.

Capture the space

The owner sends the details. Maya checks the rooms, takes new photos and records the essentials — location, unit type, price, availability and contact.

9:15 AM · Make it look professional

Polish with Lens

Maya adjusts lighting and removes a distracting object where permitted, adds her approved logo watermark, and builds a structured listing instead of forwarding a pile of photos.

Sharing a property link and QR code
10:00 AM · Send it where people are

Share the public page

She shares the property link to her contacts or through supported channels. A rich preview gives a quick look; a QR code can be printed for an office window or viewing material.

Connect the question to the property

A client opens the listing and follows its enquiry path. The original conversation on any outside platform is not automatically imported into DoeAsk.

Follow the lead

Maya checks the lead, adds a follow-up task or CRM stage, and arranges a viewing. She can send the client another listing when the first one isn't right.

Keep the relationship

A viewing may not become a deal today. But the listing is reusable, the next action is clearer, and Maya doesn't rebuild her presentation for the next client.

A smoother workflow is the goal — not a guaranteed sale, rental commission or time saving.

Questions agents ask before they start

Can I use DoeAsk if I'm working alone?

Yes. DoeAsk is positioned for individuals and one-person businesses. You can start with basic listings, public links and private communication, subject to beta access and feature availability.

Can I share a property to WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook?

You can share public pages, rich link previews, short links and QR codes to supported channels. That is not the same as importing or reading private chats from those networks — check the live app for specific providers and share modes.

Can I edit listing photos?

Yes — Lens offers image adjustments, object cleanup and watermark/logo management. Published photos should always represent the property faithfully.

Does DoeAsk have a CRM?

DoeAsk includes a leads inbox, contacts, deals, tasks and pipeline stages. Check the current beta for access, team permissions and available automations.

Does DoeAsk collect rent or hold deposits?

Certain marketplace payment flows use a held-by-DoeAsk payment model, and direct person-to-person payments use a bank-QR handoff. Advanced leases, rent and trust accounting are associated with AskKiri — DoeAsk is not advertised as a full property trust-accounting service.

Can I manage multiple rental properties?

DoeAsk can be a starting point for listing and client workflows. AskKiri is the specialist platform for fuller property management, subject to integration and subscription terms.

Can I build a website for listings?

DoeAsk includes hosted pages, a blog and CMS with public SEO metadata. Confirm permitted domains, customization and publication controls in production.

More conversations. Less chasing the pieces.

A great agent is still a great agent. DoeAsk helps bring the supporting work closer together — from the photos you publish to the enquiries you answer and the relationships you build next.
